CHEF TABLE showcasing the community's culinary wisdom, including Lanna cuisine, Tai Yai food, tribal dishes, and healthy, beautifully plated meals. Discussion Panel: "Textiles and Food: SOFT POWER in Creating Contemporary Wisdom". Demonstrations/Workshops on natural dyeing with tree bark, indigo, and clay, eco-printing, doll embroidery, painting with natural colors, and many more workshops.
