This workshop, inspired by her Snail Paradise Trilogy: Setting Sail or Final Chapter (2021), brings the indigenous Taiwanese dish Cinavu to Thailand. Traditionally served during special occasions, participants will learn how to make this traditional Paiwan steamed rice dumpling while integrating local Thai ingredients.
