Our beverage menu highlights the distinctive Southern Thai tea culture, known for its unique blend of tea leaves and its naturally rich aroma. We do not use artificial colors or flavors—allowing the true character of Southern tea to shine through. Our recipe follows the traditional Hat Yai (Songkhla) brewing method, using the classic “pulling tea” technique and a cloth tea filter to enhance the fragrance and depth of flavor. This method also preserves the heritage of traditional tea-making, which we believe creates a superior taste compared to machine brewing. Our Southern Thai iced tea selection features various blends, crafted from four types of tea leaves, resulting in a signature flavor that is unique to our shop. Best-selling beverages include: • Original Southern Thai Iced Tea • Southern Thai “Cha Chak” (Pulled Tea) • Southern Thai Iced Tea with Cocoa • Southern Thai Lemon Tea To pair with your drink, we recommend our crispy Roti Krob, a lightly sweet snack that perfectly complements our tea. To bring a new twist to Southern Thai iced tea, we have also created our handcrafted Granita Series—a refreshing shaved-ice style drink: • Iced Tea Granita – finely shaved tea ice, topped with sweetened condensed milk and roasted cashew nuts for extra texture and flavor. • Lemon Tea Granita – a sweet and tangy treat made from Southern-style lemon tea, balanced with honey and our house-made honey jelly. This menu is especially popular during hot weather, offering a cool, revitalizing experience. We source our tea leaves and key ingredients directly from local producers in Southern Thailand, bringing authentic Southern tea flavors all the way to Chiang Mai—so that every cup delivers a truly distinctive and memorable tea experience.
